~SOLD~

THE HOUSE IS SOLD! *yippy dance* We sold it in 50 HOURS!!! *more yippy dance* The listing went up Tuesday morning. On Wednesday night there was 2 offers in, but Dan was at church till late so we couldn't meet with the agent. I had a half day yesterday, so we went at 1:00p to our agents office. She presented 5 offers for us to chose from. We choose the one that we thought was the best and cleanest. It is giving us earnst money and more than it was on the market for, without any contingencies. We will close on or before August 14th!!!! Woohoo! That is only a week after we move. *yippy dance continues*

We are very happy that the parade is over. We had 4 people through on Tuesday, 12 or more on Wednesday, and even 6 on Thursday before we signed the contract. We couldn't get into our own house to get anything done. My co-workers were laughing at it all because almost every call on Wednesday was someone else wanting to see the house. *big sigh* Man is that a huge load of stress off our backs. We still have the inspection and everything to go, but it a 1 year old house. I'm not concerned. And if something happened we know we won't have a problem getting it sold.

Now we just have to get the place packed!
